- Diagnostic content: written essays, photos of handwritten answers, and audio recordings.
- Contact data: WhatsApp or phone number when requesting a consultation or activating a subscription.
- Manual payment data: only the transfer proof screenshot and reference number — we never store card details.
How we use the data
- Generating assessment reports based on official exam standards.
- Teacher review of the automated result and delivery of written or audio feedback.
- Activating a subscription after verifying the payment transfer.
- Improving diagnostic quality and user experience on an aggregated, anonymised basis.
Data sharing
We never sell your data. We work with technical service providers to run the platform (hosting, database, and AI models for text assessment). These parties only access the minimum data required to perform the service.
Data retention and your rights

Privacy of minors
The platform is generally used under the supervision of a parent or teacher. Parents have full rights to view their child's data or request its deletion.
